Acatenango Overnight Hike Camp 2

BOOKING:

You book the amount of beds or cabins you would like.

Example:

If you want 1 private cabin for 2 people -> You book 1 private cabin for 2.

If you select 2 private cabins for 2, you will be reserving/paying 2 private cabins (for 4 people)

PAYMENT:

A $29 deposit per person will have to be paid on the website to complete the booking. The remaining $70 per person will have to be paid in cash in the local currency the day off the hike -> Q550 cash per person. If you want to pay in USD, we will have to charge $75 since we will have to exchange it at the bank to Quetzales ourselves. 

The deposit is 100% refundable, if a cancellation or change of dates is requested more than 48 hours before the start of the hike. If you send your cancellation or change of dates request falls within 48 hours before the start of the hike, the deposit becomes nonrefundable as stated in our policies.

BEDS:

This camp has 3 cabins, for 4 people. Each cabin has 1 double bunk bed (so 2 double beds).

-Semi private as 2 friends or couple: You can book 1 double bed and will have to share the cabin with 2 other people.

-Private cabin for 2: A private cabin for 2 is possible, but you will be charged the 2 extra deposits (extra $58) for the 2 empty spaces in your cabin.

-Private cabin for 3: A private cabin for 3 is possible, but you will be charged the extra deposit (extra $29) for the empty space in your cabin.

-Are you a group of 4?: Perfect, just book 2 double beds and you will have a private cabin for the 4 of you.

-Semi private as 2 friends or couple: $58 deposit + $140 in Quetzales (Q1100) in cash the morning of the hike = $99 per person.

-Private cabin for 2: $116 deposit + $140 in Quetzales (Q1100) in cash the morning of the hike = $128 per person.

-Private cabin for 3: $116 deposit + $210 in Quetzales (Q1650) in cash the morning of the hike = $109 per person.

-A group of 4: $116 deposit + $280 in Quetzales (Q2200) in cash the morning of the hike = $99 per person.

PICK UP: 

We have 2 pick-up spots in Antigua. You will be able to choose
between pick up points at checkout.
